TERMS and CONDITIONS: 1. Tuition Fees will only be refunded if requested at least seven (7) days before the start date of a class. Certification fees are sent to an external party and as a result are non-refundable. 2. Payment plans are available upon request. Payments must be up-to-date to receive the certificate. 3. Programmes are delivered fully online and require a smart device (e.g., laptop/desktop/tablet computer) and reliable internet connectivity. The self-study option is available for persons who request such on the registration form. 4. I acknowledge that Topaz Ltd is not responsible for troubleshooting or maintenance of any hardware or software that I own or use for the duration of the programme. 5. I confirm that I am computer/technology literate and can effectively use a computer and navigate the internet.
