The durations for implementation will vary from company to company, but company size is often a big predictor of the time it will take to implement. Some rules of thumb would be:
Companies of up to 10 employees – up to 3 months.
Up to 50 employees – 3 to 6 months.
Up to 200 employees – 6 to 10 months.
More than 200 employees – 10 to 20 months.

Once you decide to proceed, TOPAZ Ltd will provide a document checklist. If you do not have all the documents, we will guide you in obtaining them.
The time taken depends on how much was previously in place and how much time you are willing to dedicate to it. Generally, once a system has been implemented, you will spend an average of 6 hours per week maintaining it.
You will receive recommendations as necessary. Regular exercises include internal audits, document control and management review meetings.
We advise that more than one person be responsible/ has knowledge of the ISO system and how it works in your organization.
Support Visit provides additional support in the areas you feel less confident with, whether that’s ensuring you’re compliant for your next re-certification audit or need help running a Management Review Meeting.
